Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of thiscountries.property and to the services Thiscountries Tree Service offers through it. When you use the site, phone the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and not legal advice.

What Thiscountries Tree Service Does

Thiscountries Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not take down trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm debris. We are also not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you reach are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, manage or direct providers. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work will achieve.

Before you hire anyone, we encourage you to check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider. Where it applies, check with your insurer and your local permit office too.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Phone Calls and Messages

When you phone the number or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@thiscountries.property.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this website belong to Thiscountries Tree Service or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Thiscountries Tree Service is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services, or from an agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to the Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new version.
