How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want each homeowner who reaches Thiscountries Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Thiscountries Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
When the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If a problem comes up with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short may be removed. Please know that Thiscountries Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or decide things on a provider's behalf.
How to File
Email contact@thiscountries.property and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help as well.
